Barcelona, Spain - September 23rd, 2025 – Workfully, the Barcelona-based platform redefining recruiting by empowering recruiter solopreneurs, today announced a €4 million seed round. The investment was led by Shilling (VC arm of Draycott), with participation from existing investors Indico Capital, Secways and Pitchdrive proudly doubling down as an early backer.

The seed round came together in just over 30 days, closing oversubscribed at €4M+. The momentum reflects both Workfully’s early traction and investor appetite for AI-powered platforms. With the new funding, Workfully will expand into Ireland, Germany, Benelux, and the Nordics, opening its recruiter network to more enterprises and startups. It will also continue building the first AI-powered monetization platform for recruiters, unlocking earnings far beyond LinkedIn and host in-person launch events for Talent Leaders, starting in Amsterdam on September 25th and Lisbon shortly after.
