As a Pitchdrive Scout, you're embedded in the startup ecosystem: sourcing deals, meeting founders, and learning how venture capital really works from the inside. You'll be our first point of contact with the most promising early-stage teams, and you'll help shape which of them make it into our pipeline.

What you'll do
- Source startups: Identify and reach out to promising founders in your local ecosystem.
- Be our on-the-ground contact: Attend local events, meetups, and demo days, and build relationships with founders, investors, and key ecosystem players.
- Talk to founders: Have first conversations to understand product, traction, and vision.
- Present to the team: Bring your best finds to our weekly pipeline meeting.
- Experiment and build: Be creative, take initiative, and make the role your own.
Who we're looking for
- A student in the area of business, entrepreneurship, or in another field with a specific interest in the startup and VC world.
- Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial. A builder, not a passenger.
- Plugged into your local startup scene (or hungry to plug into it), and comfortable doing outbound.
- A sharp judge of people and ideas, and a clear communicator. Fluent in English.
